Florida Smooth Jazz Cruise Deposit Policy

Cabins purchased after November 1, 2008 must be paid in full at time of purchase.

Initial Deposit: 25% of full cabin price per person

Second deposit: 25% of cabin price per person due June 1, 2008

Final payment balance: November 1, 2008

$100 per person cabin special - deposit details:
►A. $100 per person deposit must be placed through Travel By Ginny on or before February 15, 2008.
►B. Normal deposit schedule applies after February 15, 2008.
►C. Patrons purchasing a cruise package on or before February 15, 2008 will receive "preferred seating". All patrons with preferred seating will enter all FSJC concert events 10 minutes prior to other patrons.

Florida Smooth Jazz Cruise Cancellation Policy

Cancellation any time after initial 25 per cent deposit: $100 penalty per person

Cancellation from June 1 to Nov. 1, 2008: 50% of all deposits are forfeited

Cancellation from November 2 to Day Of Sailing: Full deposit forfeited     

Important note: Jazz events packages are only available for jazz cruises purchased exclusively through Travel By Ginny, Cocoa, Florida.
